Ten years and counting

Matt Evans is a Graphic Designer and illustrator with 10+ years experience and a passion for visual storytelling. He's owner and operator of Comic Culprit, a brand and design studio in Portland, Oregon that makes limited retail apparel, skateboards, accessories, digital goods, and design work. There, he works with local/regional clients perfecting his craft and creating a bold and diverse body of work that leaves a lasting impression. He provides a full range of services including: strategy, art direction, branding, packaging, illustration, merch design, copy writing and motion graphics.
